Training & Development Professional
We are looking for a results-oriented training and development professional to help deliver dynamic and powerful educational programs to our international membership base. As Professional Development Manager, you will use your experience in T&D, instructional design, and online learning to shape CUES’ conferences and online learning to generate optimal educational outcomes.
Qualified candidates will hold a degree in education or business. Applicants must have at least five years of experience in training and development, instructional design or online learning. Experience assessing needs and developing training programs for financial institutions a plus. Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate and Connect highly desirable. This position requires strong project management, budgetary management and interpersonal skills. Travel of 25-30 days including weekends is required.
