Educational Development Professional

“State-of-the-art.” “Leading edge.” Dynamic, powerful programs that impact the participants long after they return home or finish their online learning.  We are looking for a creative and results-oriented person with the right combination of experience in training and development, instructional design, innovation, and online education to continue our push to deliver the very best professional development programs to our international membership base.

As Professional Development Manager, you will help shape CUES’ conferences, meetings, and online learning from conceptualization through implementation, including developing and monitoring program content and identifying and working with subject matter experts, speakers, and facilitators to generate optimal educational outcomes.

Qualified candidates will hold a degree in education or business and be local to the area. Applicants must have at least five years of experience in training and development, instructional design and online learning. Experience assessing needs and developing training programs for financial institutions a plus. Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate and Connect highly desirable. This position requires strong project management, budgetary management and interpersonal skills. Travel of 25-30 days including weekends is required.

Executive Assistant

Are you a service-focused individual who enjoys a variety of duties? Are you looking for a fast-paced team environment where your administrative experience contributes to the success of the organization? Our professional development association is looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and committed to excellence. This position demands strong verbal and written communication skills, confidentiality and discretion in order to provide administrative support to the President/CEO.  Experience working with Boards is critical.  Out of state travel of approximately 20 days each year is expected for quarterly board meetings.

Local, qualified candidates should have at least a two year administrative assistant degree or three to five years of progressive or higher level administrative experience.  Accuracy, project management skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge are essential, along with meeting planning and travel arrangements experience.
