MADISON, Wis.—The Credit Union Executives Society is pleased to announce Bert J. Hash, Jr., president/CEO, MECU of Baltimore, Inc., Baltimore, as the 2012 CUES Outstanding Chief Executive. Hash, Jr. Mentoring Award is given annually to an honors student there. Hash also serves on many boards within the community and the industry.

“Bert has been a CUES member since 1997. He was honored by CUES before, when he was inducted into the CUES Hall of Fame in 2008,” said Fred Johnson, CUES’ president/CEO. “I’m so pleased we can once again honor Bert; his contributions to the movement are substantial.”
