          Intelligent Compensation
          specializes in total compensation and reward strategies, nonprofit executive compensation, incentive compensation and bonus plans, performance management strategies, sales compensation plans, employee pay analysis and base compensation structure design, job analysis/job evaluation, and wage and hour/FLSA audits.


          They also offer human resources consulting and HR audits, personnel policy development and employee handbooks, employment relations and workplace investigations, and strategic planning assistance.
