Obituary: Former CUES member Dick Williams, retired president/CEO of $516 million/59,000-member Member One Federal Credit Union, Roanoke, Va., died Aug. 26 after a long battle with cancer. He was 70.

Merger: $1.3 billion/140,000-member Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, St. Paul, Minn., has been selected by $37 million/8,000-member Como Northtown Community Credit Union, also of St. Paul, as a merger partner.

New Positions: Jane Pannier has been named president/CEO of $72 million/5,500-member REALTORS Federal Credit Union, Rockville, Md., after serving in an acting role since the Aug. 1 departure of her predecessor, Thomas A. Glatt Sr. CPA.

George Davis has been named president/CEO of $468 million/55,000-member Insight Credit Union, Orlando, Fla. Davis, who served as VP/lending at Insight CU from 2003 through 2007, replaces Richard Simonton, who is now conservatorship CEO at Keys Federal Credit Union.
