Cool App: 15Five is more than just an app. It helps companies improve communication, morale and productivity. How it work: Employees write a weekly report that takes no more than 15 minutes to write and no more than five minutes for managers to read. They list their successes, challenges and ideas. Most important issues and information is then shared with the entire company.
