CUES eVote is powered by enetrix, A Gallup Company, Madison, Wis., an industry leader in Web innovation. CUES eVote uses secure, state-of-the-art technology to ensure your members’ information and the election results remain confidential. Election data is transmitted over the Internet in an encrypted format that cannot be viewed during transmission—so you can confidently promise your members that their personal information will remain secure.

The system safeguards against multiple voting by one person, as well. Members are required to use two unique identifiers to access voting Web pages. Once their vote has been cast, they can no longer access the voting site. Should you choose to offer both paper and online voting, we’ll track members who opt for paper using the same personal identifiers—assuring no one will vote using both the Web and paper.
