      CEO Institute I:
      Strategic Planning

Attend CEO Institute I: Strategic Planning, April 15-20, 2012, at the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, and learn to turn challenges into change.

Faculty at the prestigious Wharton School will delve into how executives can improve strategic planning by embracing uncertainty, rather than ignoring it. Learn how change can positively affect your organization.

      During this week, you’ll discuss:

      • The driving forces that shape your business
      • Maintaining a competitive advantage in changing times
      • Viable change scenarios and potential outcomes
      • How  to formulate and focus your vision
      • The strengths of effective leaders and how you can enhance your own leadership skills

Following CEO Institute I, apply what you learned to your credit union in a hands-on, post segment assignment.

Apply now! Call Kristin Ryan at 800.252.2664 or 608.271.2664, ext 308; or e-mail kristin@cues.org. Or, click below to submit a request for more information.

Earn Your Certified Chief Executive Designation
      CCE
The Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation signifies that you’ve made an ongoing commitment to your professional development and obtained a level of expertise recognized throughout the credit union movement.

To earn your CCE, you must successfully complete all three weeks of CEO Institute and two between-segment assignments. It is not required to take the institutes in numerical order. The institute content does not specifically build on the segment before, but the networking typically does. The majority of attendees do take the institutes in order, in a 3 year span, and create a bond with their class. Learn more about CEO Institute II  and CEO Institute III today.
