During the second week of CEO Institute, CEO Institute II: Organizational Effectiveness, April 22-27, Johnson at Cornell University, you’ll be challenged to reach beyond your specific areas of expertise and include every level of executive management in your credit union’s planning process.
During this week, you’ll:

- Examine how organizational change affects every area of your credit union

Following CEO Institute II, apply what you learned to your credit union in a hands-on, post segment assignment.
