      CEO Institute II:
      Organizational Effectiveness

Effective change-management skills are needed for even the most thought-out plan. During the second week of CEO Institute, CEO Institute II: Organizational Effectiveness, April 22-27, Johnson at Cornell University, you’ll be challenged to reach beyond your specific areas of expertise and include every level of executive management in your credit union’s planning process.

      During this week, you’ll:

      • Discuss topics such as change, negotiation, business process redesign and handling complex issues
      • Examine how organizational change affects every area of your credit union
      • Learn new techniques to examine your organization’s ability to formulate, implement and guide change
      • Take part in comprehensive sessions to discuss testing new strategies for organizational change and business processes

Following CEO Institute II, apply what you learned to your credit union in a hands-on, post segment assignment.

Earn Your Certified Chief Executive DesignationCCE
