Beta Mannix, Ph.D.

Dr. Mannix is the Ann Whitney Olin Professor of Management at Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. Her research and teaching interests include negotiation and conflict, organizational teams, power and leadership. She is co-editor of the book series Research in Managing Groups and Teams and has been published in such journals as Administrative Science Quarterly; Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes; Journal of Experimental Social Behavior and the Academy of Management Journal. Dr. Mannix received the 2000-2001 Clifford H. Whitcom Faculty Fellowship, as well as the 2001 EMBA Globe Awards for Excellence in teaching.
