Bartoo has spent 20 years in the credit union industry. He served in a multitude of executive positions, including executive vice president of sales and service, vice president of marketing and business development, and vice president of lending and operations. He also concurrently served as president/CEO of a wholly-owned CUSO providing personal lines insurance and financial planning products to the member base.
Currently, Bartoo is regional manager for Marquis Software Solutions, Inc. He handles Pennsylvania through the southeastern United States and Caribbean. He has been in that role since 2004, assisting community-based financial institutions increase revenue by developing and focusing their strategic sales and marketing objectives and performance.
Neil Goldman, CEO/Senior Partner

Goldman is CEO/senior partner of Goldman Consulting & Strategy (GCS, Inc.), an organizational development and perceptual research firm founded in 2002, which works primarily with credit unions nationwide. Goldman’s educational background includes a B.A. in communication studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and an MBA with a marketing emphasis from Pepperdine University, where he is also currently pursuing a doctorate degree in organizational leadership.

Kern began his career as a professional musician and entrepreneur, where he composed, produced and managed his own record company based in Nashville, Tenn. From there, he swiftly transitioned into sales and marketing where he began in sales management in the golf industry; was a general manager for PC Music; and became director of marketing for BMG Music Publishing.
Kern began his financial services career with USA Federal Credit Union as their vice president of marketing. While serving at USA Fed, Kern and his marketing team received numerous awards, including Best New Brand, Best Staff Program, Best Direct Marketing Campaign, Best Campaign, Best New Collateral Branding, and Best Merchandising from various trade organizations such as the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council. Kern works tirelessly to integrate marketing, sales and operations in a way to reinvent how companies relate to their customers.
