Module 3:  Tools & Techniques for Managing Enterprise Level Risks

Topic 1:  Integrating Risk Management with Strategic Planning

Topic 2:  Using Advanced Tools to Evaluate Strategic Decisions (Decision Trees and Monte Carlo Simulation)

Topic 3:  Building Key Risk Management Measurements and Metrics

Module 4: An Integrated Financial & Strategic Risk Case Study

 Topic 1:  Facilitated Strategic and Financial Risk Management Case Study (4-5 hours)
