The objective of week two is to provide the participants with proven tools to analyze financial statements. Discover the logic of how financial statements are constructed and then discuss how to identify their strengths and weaknesses. Participants will review 14 critical financial relationships, discuss how to interpret their meaning and identify the roadblocks to profitability. In addition learn what generates cash and examine different cash flow formats. Dissect balance sheets, income statements and the statement of cash flow. Explore the risks associated with different industry sectors and examine the stages of the business life cycle.
Class begins at 7:30 a.m. Monday with registration. Class continues each day at 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. Friday’s class concludes at noon.
