      Mike Neill
      President/Founder of Michael Neill & Associates, Inc. (MNA), Atlanta


      Neill is one of the most sought after speakers in the credit union industry, well known for his straight forward, humorous approach. He is the author of two books, Creating and Maintaining a Credit Union Sales and Service Culture, and Coaching for Performance, both published by CUES.

      Neill is best known as the creator of ServiStar, the most respected sales and service culture development suite available within the credit union industry.  
       
      Prior to starting MNA in 1998, Neill worked as a senior executive at a credit union, where he led the credit union to a number two ranking in member product penetration and in the top twenty-five in “value to member.”  In addition to an undergraduate degree in organizational development, Neill is certified as a servant leader through Gonzaga University, and as an executive coach by the International Coaching Federation. 

      Eric Weikart
      Senior Director, Cornerstone Advisors, Inc.


      As practice leader of Cornerstone’s Benchmarking and Best Practices business line, Weikart plays a key role in helping banks and credit unions become more efficient through recognizing how they are positioned versus their peers and providing best practice recommendations for staffing levels, spending, organizational structure and system use.

      In his role, Weikart has led a wide variety of engagements which has enabled him to amass significant benchmarking and best practices experience in branches, call centers, technology, accounting/finance, loan and deposit operations, commercial lending and marketing. Given this knowledge, Weikart leads many of the firm's larger benchmarking and best practices assessments.

      In addition to benchmarking, Weikart has assisted numerous banks and credit unions in selecting the right technology for core, internet banking, document imaging, loan origination and ATM and debit networks and processing, and reviewed hundreds of technology contracts to make sure his clients negotiate the right terms and conditions at the right price. Weikart is also a contributing author for The Cornerstone Report: Benchmarks and Best Practices for Mid-Size Banks and Credit Unions. He writes for GonzoBanker and has been published in Credit Union Management magazine and has been quoted in The American Banker.

      Prior to joining Cornerstone, Weikart spent four years as financial analyst and assistant treasurer at Sofia & Company, a private investment banking firm providing advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, and investment and business strategy. While there, he modeled bank acquisitions and developed a high level of banking expertise through his comprehensive research experience.

      Weikart received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration – Finance from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
