About Women Who Lead
Women face unique challenges when it comes to managing their careers and leading their credit unions. In this program, we’ll focus on highlighting pathways and honing skills to help talented women reach their professional goals.
To explain the shrinking numbers of women moving up the ranks of American firms, experts point to a “second generation bias” problem. In addition to small numbers of female role models, and the stereotypes people hold about men’s and women’s work, research shows women suffer from a lack of access to powerful sponsors, effective networks, and the skills to negotiate for what they need.
Attend this CUES Elite Access program, and strengthen your overall leadership capabilities. Drawing on cutting edge research, discover what’s known about the obstacles women often find when they are striving to reach their highest professional potential.
The program will help develop your ability to understand your strengths, gain best practices from successful leaders of both genders, and understand the critical derailers and unique challenges facing women leaders.
The centerpiece of the CUES Elite Access program is a custom project, designed and delivered by each participant. To accomplish the project goals, our program offers a custom-designed package of webinars, readings, assessments, one-on-one coaching, and peer team coaching to provide both the tools and the support to help women deliver on a meaningful project goal within 3-9 months of program completion.
