Cancellation Policy

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. For cancellations received fewer than 45 days before the event, there will be an administration fee of 15% deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued within seven days of the start of the event. Substitute attendees are welcome, subject to eligibility and an additional fee. CUES reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, and will refund fees if the event is rescheduled or location is changed, and you must cancel your registration due to the change.

Explore the island and witness the natural beauty of Omni Amelia Island Plantation as your group runs a 3 mile customized course.  One pace runner and one water station are included.

Nature Bike Hike:
Tuesday, November 4, 2014
5:45 a.m.

Join us for a fun-filled bike tour of Amelia's natural beauty.  A naturalist will lead you through paved bike trails where you can view birds, reptiles, and more.  

There is no cost to participate in the Fun Run or Nature Bike Hike, but registration is required.   

Golf Tournament:
Tuesday, November 4, 2014
12:30 p.m. start

Join us for a one-day golf tournament at the Ocean Links Golf Course at Omni Amelia Island Plantation. Choose from play your own ball or scramble scoring.  Registration fees of $235/person include transportation, golf, sleeve of balls, drink cart, and a box lunch. Rental clubs are available for $70.

Amelia Island River Cruise:
Tuesday, November 4, 2014
12:15 p.m. start

Enjoy a professionally narrated cruise along the salt marshes, wilderness beaches and historic river banks of our barrier island.  Dolphins, sea turtles, manatees, egrets, herons, spoonbills and osprey meld with shrimp boats, luxury yachts and even a Civil War era fort!  Registration fee of $135/person includes cruise, lunch and transportation.
