Rates at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort are $239 per night for single/double occupancy. The resort fee of $20 has been waived, and all attendees will receive the following amenities: unlimited internet access, complimentary self-parking, on-property resort transportation service, local and 800 calls, in-room coffee service, resort beach access and use of the health and fitness center.

Please make your hotel reservations prior to October 13, by calling 888.261.6161 and mentioning you are with CUES or by booking your stay online. Staying within CUES’ room block will help keep room rates down. The hotel will accept reservations after October 8 based on availability; however, rooms may be gone before then so early reservations are recommended.

Transportation to/from Jacksonville International Airport
The Omni Amelia Island Plantation Transportation department provides direct service to and from Jacksonville International Airport with no additional hotel stops; 72 hour advance reservations are required, and can be made by calling 904-261-6161. Reservations that are requested less than 72 hours cannot be guaranteed.

Nature Bike Hike:

Join us for a fun-filled bike tour of Amelia's natural beauty.  A naturalist will lead you through paved bike trails where you can view birds, reptiles, and more.  

There is no cost to participate in the Fun Run or Nature Bike Hike, but registration is required.   

Golf Tournament:

Join us for a one-day golf tournament at the Ocean Links Golf Course at Omni Amelia Island Plantation. Choose from play your own ball or scramble scoring.  Registration fees of $235/person include transportation, golf, sleeve of balls, drink cart, and a box lunch. Rental clubs are available for $70.

Amelia Island River Cruise:

Enjoy a professionally narrated cruise along the salt marshes, wilderness beaches and historic river banks of our barrier island.  Dolphins, sea turtles, manatees, egrets, herons, spoonbills and osprey meld with shrimp boats, luxury yachts and even a Civil War era fort!  Registration fee of $135/person includes cruise, lunch and transportation.
