Cancellation Policy

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. For cancellations received fewer than 45 days before the event, there will be an administration fee of 15% deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued within seven days of the start of the event. Substitute attendees are welcome, subject to eligibility and an additional fee. CUES reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, and will refund fees if the event is rescheduled or location is changed, and you must cancel your registration due to the change.

Golf Tournament
Sunday, December 7

Your choice of play your own ball or scramble scoring.
Join us for a one-day golf tournament on one of Desert Springs’ exceptional 18-hole championship courses. The registration fee of $200 includes golf, cart rental, breakfast, prizes and refreshments, with rental clubs available for an additional $75.

Desert Foodie Tour
Tuesday, December 9

Taste your way around Palm Spring’s most delicious spots on a custom foodie tour in either posh El Paseo or hip Palm Canyon Drive (select location choice when registering). This 1.5 mile, 3-hour guided walking tour includes tastings at six restaurants/specialty shops and transportation. Between each tasting, participants will learn about the art, history and culture of the area. The registration fee is $175 and space is very limited.

Living Desert
Tuesday, December 9

Palm Desert Wildlife & Botanical Park is a non-profit education and conservation center housing the Living Desert, a unique zoological facility with over 400 desert animals representing 130 species. From coyotes to bighorn sheep, oryz to zebras, jaguar to meerkats, the park is truly a living testament to the diversity of the desert. Hop on board a shuttle and enjoy a private Safari Riding Tour, including narration, and a behind the scenes look at the District Commissioner’s House and Wildlife Hospital. The registration fee of $125, includes a box lunch, transportation, admission and riding tour.

Whip out your whisk and straighten your chef’s hat as you attend an exclusive, interactive demonstration of culinary techniques at Copley on Palm Canyon restaurant. Housed in the former Cary Grant estate, the day’s class will cover a three-course meal, including appetizer, entrée and dessert. Winery Tour
Monday, December 8

Lush vineyards arrayed over rolling hills, rich grapes ripening in the afternoon sun, the rustle of a fresh breeze through a matrix of winding vines, can be found in the picturesque Temecula Valley Wine Country. Enjoy a tour and tasting of two of the premiere wineries nestled within the hills of the community, Maurice Car’rie Winery and Wilson Creek Winery. Complete this  tour with a delectable lunch served at the second winery.
