Snorkel Cruise and Whale Watch
$255 per person
Hop aboard the Four Winds II, a 55-foot double-decked power catamaran that will transport you from Ma‘alaea Harbor to some of Maui’s premier dive locations. The friendly and professional crew will offer detailed snorkel instruction for first-timers, and dive tips to the more seasoned divers. An onboard waterslide make ocean entries a splash, and glass-bottom viewing is available if you’d prefer to stay aboard.
The Hawaiian islands have one of the highest concentrations of indigenous or native marine life on the planet, making a snorkel experience akin to swimming in an aquarium. Maui’s coastal waters are home to a abundance of creatures; kīkākapu, the rainbow striped butterfly fish, the stunning kihikihi or Moorish idol, black spiny sea urchins called wana, and shy he‘e, or octopus. The endangered honu, or green sea turtle, are occasionally seen. If you’re lucky, spinner dolphins will make an appearance, playing in the Four Winds II’s bow wave, or entertaining you with acrobatic displays of sheer fun.
Food always tastes better on the water, a fact that you will agree on after sampling a bountiful deli luncheon buffet. After snorkeling, kick back and relax with cool adult libations as the crew sets course for a smooth trip back to the harbor. Fun and adventure are yours to enjoy as you venture out to sea with the Four Winds II.

Wednesday, February 3 – Choose from two!
Option one: Upcountry: Ocean Vodka, Surfing Goat Dairy, and Lavender Farm
$275 per person
Situated on the cool, mid-slopes of Haleakalā, Upcountry is a merging of cultures and attitudes.
Your first stop of the day is truly one of a kind–Ocean Vodka Farm and Distillery, home to the only vodka in the world made with deep ocean mineral water, sourced from a depth of 3,000 feet, organic sugar cane, and powered by the sun.
At this family run organic farm, you’ll enjoy a tour with vodka tasting, gift shop, and martini garden. This will be the host location for a picnic style lunch served in an Ocean Vodka reusable branded shopping bag, featuring turkey or vegetarian sandwich, potato chips, deep ocean bottled water and Ocean Vodka chocolate truffles for dessert.
The next stop is Surfing Goat Dairy, owned and operated by German expatriates Thomas and Eva Kafsack, representing one of only two goat dairies in the state. We’ll take a walking tour of the farm and take a peek into their award winning cheese making process.
Your final stop of the day will be the magnificently gorgeous Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm. You will be welcomed with lavender scented tea and scones, and then a guide will assist you in exploring the manicured grounds and share with you the secrets behind their line of high end lavender based lotions, potions, and culinary treasures.
Option two: Maui Ocean Center with Lunch & ‘Īao Valley
$150 per person
Explore Hawaii’s extraordinary marine life without leaving land. The five-acre Maui Ocean Center boasts superb indoor exhibits and outdoor pools, allowing visitors an extraordinary look at the vast undersea world surrounding the islands.
In the Underwater Journey, you’ll walk through a clear acrylic tunnel surrounded by a 750,000-gallon aquarium that is home to both predators and prey in natures constant ebb and flow of survival. The Whale Discovery Center chronicles the humpback whale’s annual journey between Alaska and Maui, with life-size models of these gentle giants.
Lunch will be at the Seascape Mā‘alaea Restaurant, a delightful open-air restaurant with expansive views of the surrounding Pacific Ocean.
After lunch, we’ll head to the ‘Īao Valley, where you’ll enjoy lush tropical foliage, stunningly beautiful flowers and a 2,250-foot high lava pinnacle.
