Strategic Innovation Institute is a learning experience like none other. This two-year program will:
  • Broaden strategic thinking about both large and small scale innovation
  • Build organizational capacity for continuous innovation
  • Develop strategic organizational leadership skills
  • Help attendees grow their business in ways that align with the traditions and culture of credit unions

Year two, held at Stanford Graduate School of Business, will explore how to scale innovation, and provide attendees with the opportunity to explore ideation and design solutions to solve common consumer challenges.

Led by top faculty from Stanford, you'll:
  • Learn to think critically, challenge assumptions and change the rules of competition
  • Consider real-world examples, observe consumer behavior, and apply design-thinking principles to develop solutions
  • Discover how to overcome barriers to strategic change and promote innovation without sacrificing short-term goals

The complete curriculum for the second year of Strategic Innovation Institute is still under development. Click the “Keep me Posted” button, or check back often; we’ll be adding to the schedule, faculty, and curriculum as they become available.

To register, contact Kristin Ryan, executive education and meetings manager, at 800.252.2664 or 608.271.2664, ext. 308, or email kristin@cues.org.
