Product Coordinator

Do you specialize in managing multiple projects simultaneously? Do you enjoy learning products in depth and then providing outstanding customer service with an emphasize on troubleshooting? This position requires exceptional communication skills, troubleshooting technical challenges and managing multiple projects in a professional environment. These responsibilities require organization, initiative and problem-solving with our customers and business partners. Our professional development association seeks someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, attentive to customer motivations and needs, and well organized.

Two-year degree or four-year degree and 1-2 years of customer support activities, or equivalent work and education experience with customer service emphasis. Applicants must have the organizational ability and project management skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, be able to prioritize needs and opportunities, deliver excellent customer service, and work well with individuals inside and outside of the office. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Web-based applications and Access required. Excellent troubleshooting abilities and communication skills are essential.

Relationship Sales Manager

Are you a personable, assertive and persuasive salesperson? Are you looking for a fast-paced team environment where your sales experience contributes to the success of the organization? As an up-and-coming sales person, are you up to the challenge of contributing to a $1M+ sales revenue budget? If so, our professional development association is looking for you! In this role, you will enjoy contact with vendors both over the telephone and face-to-face as you handle sales of print and online advertising, sponsorships and membership. You will also be responsible for managing projects related to conferences and our magazine. And, where your success in sales will lead to professional growth.

Qualified candidates will have two years sales experience, a four-year business degree and/or a combination of both. Preferred candidates will have advertising or sponsorship experience. Financial services experience a plus. Travel of at least 25 days/year required.
