Sales and Member Relations (2 positions)
Enjoy relationship sales? Looking to join a fast-paced team where your persuasive communication, organizational and dynamic sales skills can contribute to the success of the organization? We are looking for two Sales and Member Relations experts that can capitalize on these skills as they grow and foster relationships with financial services CEOs in the West and Northeast regions. Not for the shy and reserved, this position enjoys contact with our members and nonmembers, and approximately 50% travel.
Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree in business, marketing, communications or related field and at least five years member relationship, sales/business development experience. Credit Union or financial services industry experience, public speaking, project management and budgeting experience is preferred. Candidates will be located in their local region (Northeast or West).

Do you excel at providing prompt and thorough service by effectively engaging customers? Through e-mail, phone and person-to-person virtual communication you will proactively identify and meet customer needs. If you are able to juggle multiple tasks, are comfortable with outbound contact to potential customers, as well as servicing and obtaining orders from existing customers by problem solving to understand needs, our Madison-based professional development association for credit union executives wants to hear from you! We are looking for someone who is a team player, enjoys building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communications, and is self-driven. This team member will play a role in meeting new and existing customer goals in a fast-paced office setting which is focused on organizational culture.
Applicants must be competent in MS office and web browser environments, and have knowledge of social media applications. A two-year Associate degree and two years’ customer sales and service experience, or a combination of education and experience, is required. Experience in an association or financial services industry is a plus.
