Two credit union executives share their innovative training programs.

trainingWhat does it take to create and deliver employee training programs that really have an impact in terms of the employees’ response to the program, their ability to learn new skills and information that they can take back to their jobs and, ultimately, an overall positive impact on the credit union?

The answers will vary, of course, by credit union and depending on each credit union’s unique mission and goals. For two credit union trainers, though, the answers were obvious and designed to address a specific need in a creative way. Both submitted their ideas to CUES’ Next Top Credit Union Exec challenge and are excited about moving forward with an expansion of their plans.
