Jennifer Stangl is the Director of Professional Development at CUES. Jennifer’s experience as a performance consultant and leader, along with her proficiency designing leadership development programs and training plans, lends itself to her work supporting the talent development initiatives of CUES members.
Prior to joining CUES, Jennifer spent over 10 years working in the healthcare industry, focusing on employee and leadership development. Most recently, she supported leadership development at UW Health, the largest academic medical center and health system in Madison, WI. There, she managed and designed leadership development programs, team retreats and provided leadership guidance all in support of the organizational strategy.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and holds a Professional Certificate in Online Education from UW-Madison Division of Continuing Studies. She is a certified facilitator for DiSC, Igniting Creative Potential through CPSB, FranklinCovey’s Leading at the Speed of Trust, Development Dimensions International (DDI) and a qualified climate practitioner for the Situational Outlook Questionnaire.
Jennifer is a member of the Association for Talent Development and is a Past President for the Association for Talent Development – Madison Area Chapter.
