CUES Distinguished Director
The CUES Distinguished Director Award is bestowed upon a director or committee member who has rendered distinguished service and/or made outstanding contributions to strengthen their credit union or the industry. To be considered for the CUES Distinguished Director Award, a candidate must be a current CUES member. The nomination must also be submitted by a current CUES member. Directors may not nominate themselves. The CUES Distinguished Director Award may be awarded once to a director.
Who is Eligible?
- Be a current CUES member at the director level during nomination year.
- Currently serve on a credit union board or committee at a credit union
- Have rendered distinguished service and/or made outstanding contributions to strengthen their credit union or the industry.
The application must be received electronically no later than June 30, 2019. You may also email letters of recommendation in PDF or MS Word format to email@example.com.
Please submit a photograph of the nominee, preferably a professional picture or head shot in high resolution (400MB) jpeg format as a separate attachment. Send photo to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where Will the Award be Presented?
CUES’ Directors Conference in Orlando, FL, December 8-11, 2019. Recipients will be invited to join us for the event and be recognized during the program.
The Winner Receives
The award winner will receive special recognition at CUES 2019 Directors Conference, a crystal trophy, a feature article in CU Management Magazine, and the ability to moderate conversations in the directors community within the CUESNet online community. View a list of past winners.
