Speaker: Paul Ablack, CEO of OnApproach
Paul started OnApproach to improve organizational data utilization, better enable decision-making and drive profitability. Prior to starting OnApproach, Paul was Vice President/General Manager of energy information services for Honeywell Automation & Control. His global responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of strategic planning, marketing, promotion, research and development and general management of the energy information services business. Paul has also held a variety of key sales leadership and general management positions across the United States and Canada for both Honeywell and General Electric. Paul's background includes experience in financial services, energy manufacturing and technology. The recipient of numerous sales and leadership awards, Paul has been an active member of several industry and business organizations, including The Authentic Leadership Project, The Data Warehouse Institute, and the Richard Ivey School of Business. He earned an honors business administration degree from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.
Speaker: Karan Bhalla, CEO of CU Rise Analytics
Karan brings with him almost two decades of financial services and data analytics experience. After having worked and consulted at multiple leading corporations, such as Capital One, Am Ex, BT and Fannie Mae, Karan has shifted his focus towards helping mid and small financial institutions that urgently need to leverage data science to compete with their much larger competitors.
Bhalla has deep subject matter expertise and has spoken at many occasions, including Culytics, Co-op's Summit, Predictive Analytics World, Western Independent Bankers, NWCUA, CCUL's Reach, to name a few. Prior to CU Rise, Karan was the Managing Director at IQR (now EXL) where he was instrumental in leading their teams, expanding their expertise and building businesses in numerous market segments.
He is an MIS and Accounting graduate and has an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland. When not working, Karan can often be found outdoors spending time with his sons.

Sanjay utilizes his experience of working across industry - retail, travel, insurance, technology, sports, entertainment and financial services; to assist brands globally in Engaging with Consumers in a Connected, Continuous and Cohesive fashion.
Sanjay's specialty lies in recognizing and anticipating consumer trends, understanding how business' can utilize a combination of processes and technology to address these emerging trends and engage with the consumer at the Right Place, Right Time with the Right Message.
Sanjay applies the learnings he has gained working across industry, across the globe to help shape, implement and optimize strategies and investments for brands such that they stay top of mind and engaged with consumers.
