Rick Olson, Consultantolson
Rick has been vitally connected to the credit union world for the past 25 years. He has authored two STAR modules, is the past host of America's Credit Union Conference, and is the instructors for CUNA's World Class Service Leadership Institute. He has worked with scores of credit unions, helping them develop healthy work cultures focused on effective sales and world class service. He is the founder of the Coaching College, which gives managers and leaders the skills they need to effectively coach their employees. He has made credit union presentations in 46 states. 

Patrick Adams, CEO, St. Louis Community CUadams
Patrick is beginning his 42nd year with the credit union movement and has worked for St. Louis Community Credit Union for the past 32 years. Patrick was appointed to CEO/President in 2008. His efforts today focus exclusively on the strategic direction of SLCCU. Patrick has spoken worldwide with companies for over 25 years. Based on your mood, Patrick is either motivating or aggravating. His presentations are informative and urge people to have the "ah-ha" moments that lead to success. Patrick has a beautiful wife, four grown kids and five beautiful grandkids. 

Mike Schenk, CUNA
Mike has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. In 1992, he joined the Credischenkt Union National Association (CUNA), where he is now the Deputy Chief Advocacy Officer for Policy Analysis and Chief Economist. He conducts economic research and supports CUNA's public relations and advocacy efforts. His analyses regularly in trade publications and he is a frequent contributor to the financial media. Mike serves on the board of Summit Credit Union in Madison, WI - a $3 billion financial cooperative with over 160,000 members. He serves as Board Chair and also has Chaired the credit union's Asset-Liability Management and Risk Management/Internal Audit Committees.

Mia Perez, Chief Administrative Officer, Louisiana FCUperez
Mia serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Louisiana FCU where her teams include marketing, business development, human resources and training. Mia spent most of her 20+ year career in the marketing and business development discipline developing and evaluating award-winning campaigns that produced quantitative results. Mia has worked hard to build a performance-focused enterprise through the development of the organization's first corporate scorecard in addition to launching a culture evaluation project resulting in the organization finding its Why and championing staff to live it daily. Mia most recently served as Chair of the Credit Union National Association's Marketing and Business Development Council Executive Committee. In 2016, she was named as a Woman to Watch by the Credit Union Times and as a Credit Union Rock Star by Credit Union Magazine. Mia received her bachelor degree in public relations with a minor in advertising from Tulane University and is a graduate of CUNA Marketing Management School.
