Friday, November 15th – Five Star Service in an Omni-Channel World (Lunch and Open Bar)

Today’s consumer expectations are being influenced by other industries, FinTech, and perhaps even some fiction. Artificial Intelligence brings a lot of promise to personalized, accurate, and efficient service but it is the human that adds empathy. Exceptional service will only be delivered correctly through an integrated approach.

Your discussion leader Sundeep Kapur, Educator at Digital Credence will discuss key factors that will help your credit union define a proactive, pragmatic, and innovative strategy to serve members.
