We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Support Services Specialist at our San Jose corporate office.
As a Support Services Specialist, your major responsibilities will include:
- Support plastic card programs (signature and PIN based), including ordering, managing card inventory and processing cardholder disputes
- Process all ACH transactions (RDFI and ODFI)
- Perform Federal Reserve check item processing (forward items, returns and inclearing)
- Process incoming/outgoing wire transfers
Our ideal candidate will possess: A minimum one year of similar or related experience in a financial institution strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge of card processes including disputes and chargebacks in accordance with Regulation E timeframes and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification a plus. Exceptional customer service skills are required, as well as verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritize a variety of tasks and projects a necessity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work well as part of a team required. Proven attention to detail, strong problem resolution skills and follow through a must. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Pay Range: $27.26/hour - $34.07/hour; based on skills and experience.
