First Alliance Credit Union ($285MM, Stewartville, MN) is seeking a new AVP of Retail Experience. The Credit Union was founded in 1932 and has grown to serve more than 20,000 members across Southeast Minnesota. Is This the Career for You?
Our AVP of Retail Experience will be initiative-taking with an outgoing personality. This individual will possess strong service and sales experience, including ITIN lending and account expertise, strategic planning, and strong leadership skills. This individual will be expected to lead, coach, and develop the retail branch managers and staff to ensure high performance and member satisfaction.

The AVP of Retail Experience is expected to set performance goals and develop and implement strategies to ensure consistent application of service standards across all branches to provide a uniform and high-quality member experience. While establishing processes to gather, analyze, and act on member feedback to continuously improve services. This individual will drive sales initiatives, setting targets, and monitoring performance goals. In addition, promoting the credit union’s products and services, and ensuring employees are well-trained on these offerings.

This is the ideal role for a strategic leader who collaborates with others to develop and execute effective strategies, actions, programs, and processes that will assist Fist Alliance in achieving its business objectives. The AVP of Retail Experience should have an outgoing personality, be initiative-taking, and collaborative, and someone with experience in project management. The AVP of Retail Experience should ensure active community engagement within the community while looking for networking opportunities to connect with local businesses, leaders, and influential figures.

Help Us Get to Know You
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience in retail management. You should have a proven history in leadership positions, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and manage retail operations.
