Position Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our existing branch management team. The ideal candidate will be professional in dress and manner, be of unquestionable trust and integrity, possess excellent leadership skills, work well with all types of people, and be results driven. Our managers are expected to provide excellent member service at all times to our membership and to lead by example for the staff they are leading. Previous management and credit union or financial experience is preferred. You will be provided with a thorough internal training schedule to become familiar with Marine Federal Credit Union, front line and back office functions, operations, management view points, and Marine FCU policies and practices that affect each phase of business. MIT’s will be required to assist in a relief capacity to current management staff as needed.
