Miami Firefighters Federal Credit Union ($160M; Miami, FL) is seeking a versatile and dynamic Business and Marketing Growth Strategist to join its team.

Established in 1935, the founding members of Miami Firefighters FCU were 28 firefighters who wanted to create a credit union that would “promote thrift among its members, by allowing them to accumulate their savings; and to create for them a source of credit.” From those humble beginnings nearly 90 years ago, Miami Firefighters FCU has grown to serve almost 6,000 firefighting professionals and their family members. Today, Miami Firefighters FCU is a multiple common bond charter whose field of membership includes the employees and retirees of numerous South Florida fire departments and other firefighter-affiliated groups.

This could be your role if you're passionate about business development and marketing and skilled in social media strategy. We seek someone who can handle all aspects of social media, from creating engaging content to managing campaigns. You’ll also assist with marketing materials like digital assets and other collateral.

With many SEG (Select Employee Group) relationships, you'll track and build connections with union heads to drive growth. Experience with employee development and training is a bonus. We'd love to hear from you if you're seeking a hybrid role with a dynamic and hands-on approach!
