Is This the Career for You?
Are you organized? Do you excel at collaboration? Do you love telling a story through data visualization? As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you will help develop key data-driven analysis and reports that improve the way we do business across the organization. You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand business and technical needs, then create dashboards, reports, and graphical representations that provide deeper insights into our strategic goals through effective reporting. Armed with relevant financial data, you will be tasked with identifying trends and evaluating operational performance of various business units of the credit union. Your output will support the data-driven decisions of Dover FCU. Your curious mind and a strong desire to take initiative will lead you to ask questions, understand the organization as a whole, and identify actionable recommendations that improve how we serve members and one another.
You will contribute to the development of our Data Governance Policies and Procedures and our internal Modern Data Platform. Operating within these systems, you will consistently monitor and ensure the validity and accuracy of the data warehouse. Your analysis of complex business reports will help identify potential concerns and any exceptions or trends that are out of tolerance with established limits and ranges. Your experience using various software applications, spreadsheets, statistical software, and graphical presentation tools to assemble, manipulate, and/or format data and reports will help you effectively communicate your analysis. A key member of the finance team, your ability to perform statistical and financial analysis of data will help ensure the credit union’s sound financial management.
