Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Ongoing Operations (OGO)

Remote, US

Position Description

Are We the Company for You?
Ongoing Operations knows credit union IT. Owned by our credit union investors and led by a team comprised of former credit union executives, we provide essential technology services in a collaborative and flexible environment. Our team believes in the difference credit unions make and we are proud to help our clients deliver that difference through technology that meets increasing security, compliance, and service standards, unique to credit unions.

Built on the concept that by outsourcing and sharing IT resources through a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) credit unions would receive better results than they can find or afford on their own, OGO has experienced 15 years of business success and we continue to evolve.

With over $15 million in capital raised, we work to provide partners with both a financial and service level return to our credit union investors and clients. Our clients own us and believe in the work we do, and we believe in the difference they make to consumers. Today, we partner with credit unions and FinTech companies to simplify their technology operations while they focus on members and clients.

Our service offerings include business continuity, disaster recovery, secure hosting, managed security, managed telecom, and a consulting practice.

Is This the Career for You?
If you excel at turning visionary ideas into actionable plans; know how to align a team around a shared mission; and get excited about financial technology strategies that will give our clients the best solutions, bring your gifts to OGO!

As the Chief Operating Officer at Ongoing Operations, you will offer day-to-day leadership across the organization and serve as a key member of our senior team. Our COO is the primary driver of executing and implementing established strategies that result in us achieving our strategic, financial, and growth goals. The COO understands all strategic priorities of OGO, creating and supporting a motivating culture and a vision of excellence. Your financial acumen will help you excel in owning our P & L management, making sure we are consistently delivering value to our investors.

An exceptional communicator and intentional relationship-builder, the COO will ensure that all key messages are properly and consistently conveyed across the organization and to key stakeholders. This will help foster a culture where employees are in-the-know, effective communication is the standard, conflicts are effortlessly resolved, and barriers are removed so team members succeed on a daily basis.

Extensive business management experience and success in setting goals, analyzing performance, and motivating teams to reach those goals will have prepared you to take on this position.
