For Vibe Credit Union to successfully live out its mission and best serve the needs of its membership, that starts with a team of dedicated and qualified credit union staff to meet those needs. The Chief Talent Officer (CTO) plays a vital role in helping to build an effective team of employees and developing them to reach their highest potential through training, coaching, career pathing, and leadership.
The CTO is a highly collaborative individual who serves as a driving force of cultural alignment. They should be extremely passionate about and dedicated to building and executing the strategy for culture and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will embrace and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), helping foster an environment of psychological safety for internal and external stakeholders. The CTO is a trusted and hands-on advisor, committed to building and leading an inclusive workplace, providing solutions across the organization to ensure employee engagement.
As a key contributor to the Executive Team, the CTO will partner with stakeholders to ensure all team members share the same vision, working in unison with other leaders to align all areas of the credit union with the overall mission, vision, and values of the organization. A successful CTO will be a high-energy, dynamic, inspirational, inclusive, and visible leader with a passion for helping team members succeed in all that they do.
