Community & Marketing Coordinator

Remote, US

Position Description

Is this the job for you?
If you love credit unions, quality written and social media content, and coordinating details, you might be our next Community & Marketing Coordinator!

Energized by the idea of connecting credit union people to thought leadership and one another? A fan of the CUInsight Experience podcast? An avid reader of CUInsight? Coordinate details around the most consumed digital content in credit union land, work with a diverse group of quality thought leaders, and bring a fresh, smart multi-channel voice that speaks for an organization that loves the industry, the work we do, and the people in credit unions.

Working closely with the rest of the CUInsight team, you will position the right content in the right places with the right messaging. Your individual contributions will be in keeping track of deadlines, working with and scheduling community contributors, and supporting and promoting content through graphic design, light video production, and a strong social media marketing presence.

Are we the company for you?
CUInsight is the leading digital publication for the credit union industry. We deliver consistent, insightful, timely content to credit union audiences in whatever digital channel they prefer. Our team takes seriously our role as a trusted partner in the credit union space.

We search for team members who are actively involved in the credit union community. Every person on our team is focused on industry trends, horizon issues for credit unions and partners, and readers’ interests. By building strong relationships with credit union thought leaders and other experts, we realize our mission of connecting those in the credit union ecosystem to news, community, events, webinars, educational opportunities, opinion, press, career opportunities, partners, and each other.

Let’s get to know each other.
Does this sound like the right fit for you? Are flexible work hours, a work-from-anywhere environment, generous PTO & holidays, full benefits, and an annual salary of approximately $44K the right factors to motivate you? If you think so, please send us an introductory letter that tells us about your passion for credit unions; for organizing details and social media marketing; and working closely with a team to achieve success.

Include a link to your LinkedIn profile where we can learn about your social media marketing/graphic design experience (we’ll be looking for about 2 years) and your time working or volunteering in the credit union system. (Or you can send a resume, instead, and show us your graphic design skills.)

A cover letter and resume are required to complete your application.
