Essential CU is looking for its next Digital Services Specialist. The Digital Services Specialist is a unique position that requires a detail-oriented professional that excels at problem-solving. The Digital Services Specialist will be tasked with enhancing Essential CU’s line of digital products and services. It is critical that the Digital Services Specialist be knowledgeable of digital products and services, including related policies and procedures, in order to provide the necessary operational support to Essential CU staff.

Reporting to the Digital Services Manager, the Digital Services Specialist will act as a subject matter expert for all products and services in the digital banking suite including online/mobile banking, bill pay, mobile deposits, online account openings and peer-to-peer payment platforms (such as Zelle).

An excellent communicator, the Digital Services Specialist will serve as the key point of contact for vendors and must be able to convey information in a compelling manner to internal and external stakeholders. The Digital Services Specialist will also lead special projects at the discretion of the Digital Services Manager.

Because of the fast-paced nature of digital banking, the Digital Services Specialist should be someone that is constantly seeking to grow and develop their skillsets and knowledge base to provide ample support to the digital banking initiatives of Essential CU.
