Our Director-Recruiting Services will contribute to our mission of building a more inclusive credit union system by working with clients and candidates to find ideal employment matches, especially at the executive level. You will love this role if you believe that it is possible to help people find fulfillment at work, and that through building long-term relationships with people, you can be an important catalyst for that.
All Humanidei team members work in close collaboration with one another. The Director-Recruiting Services reports to our President/CEO and collaborates at a peer level with other consultants and recruiters.
Outstanding relationship-building skills, a gift for candid communication that appropriately balances direct diplomacy, and a willingness to take initiative, balance multiple priorities, and connect effectively with key stakeholders will help you find fulfillment in this role. Functional experience in recruiting, training, business development, executive coaching, and/or organizational development will have built the experience you need to thrive in this role.

A fully qualified applicant will have four years’ experience in the credit union system in a role such as Director-HR, Corporate Trainer, Talent Acquisition Manager, Diversity Manager, or in high-level Executive Administration (working closely with Boards of Directors). Passionate applicants who are not fully qualified may be required to complete training at the company’s expense. The target starting salary for this role is $77,000 annually.
