Position Description

Fulfillment Specialist:

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Fulfillment Specialist located at our corporate office.

As a Fulfillment Specialist, your major responsibilities will include:

• Processing Various request from branch offices, support departments,
the Call Center team and/or member received by internal systems,
fax, email, or regular mail.
• Supporting branches and departments with inquiries related to
internal systems such as bill payment, online statements, and general
online banking inquiries.
• Responding daily to member inquiries via online banking secure
messaging.
• Assisting members via Live Chat communication channel; including
both general correspondence on website and account specific
inquiries through online banking.
• Performing research and document searches, using system tools
such as the imaging, plastic
cards and check imaging systems.
• Performing various administrative support duties including but not
limited to verifications of deposit, enrolling members in online banking,
processing payoff request, print/mail cashier’s checks, preparing temp
checks and verify Deluxe Check orders that require approval.

Our ideal candidate will possess six months to two years of similar or related experience, outstanding customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a credit union or bank a plus.
