Greylock Federal Credit Union
Are we the place for you?
At Greylock Federal Credit Union, we are guided by our IDEA principles – Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility – to support a workforce that reflects our community in western Massachusetts, Columbia County, New York, and Bennington, Vermont. We have a mission and goal of building a diverse workforce - reflecting multiple identities - and supporting the diverse communities where we are based and ensuring the spaces in which we work and community members engage are inclusive.
Our team is deeply committed to three key components: High quality financial services for all; placing the member first; and meeting people where they are. Each of our employees holds these principles at the heart of how they serve. Our Manager- Human Resources has the opportunity to live these daily and to work across the organization to influence others to embrace these principles and our core values of passion, compassion, integrity, creativity, stewardship, and fiscal responsibility, too.
Is this the role for you?
As the Manager- Human Resources, you will use your passion for helping others every single day. Whether you are working with your direct reports to shape cultural solutions that emphasize and reflect our inclusive management principles or coaching and consulting with other members of the Greylock team to ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of employees using IDEA principles, you will feel the value you add.
Your commitment to equitable practices has motivated you to learn the policies and practices that align with statutes, regulations, and inclusive approaches in all matters of employment from hiring and separation to development and performance management. You will be motivated by the challenge of managing HR department workflow in accordance with Greylock’s budget and business objectives; it will energize you to partner with the Director of Training and Development to identify and develop the training programs that will help our employees thrive; and working with the Benefits Administrator and outside vendors, you will employ two-way communication that allows you to develop a benefits package that meets employee needs and can be effectively used by all our employees.
