Position Description

Are We the Place for You?
Humanidei was founded in 2019 to help credit unions become more inclusive workplaces. We are passionate about credit unions and the people who lead them. We believe the key to credit union relevance lies in the people, so we partner with credit unions to help them build inclusive workplaces that attract, develop, and retain today’s top talent.

We are proud of the work we do with credit union clients across the country, knowing that each day we have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the people who lead credit unions and the members they serve.

As we thoughtfully build our team, we are committed to adding professionals who are passionate about people and credit unions; who understand that credit unions will only effectively fulfill their mission when their leadership understands and reflects the communities they serve; and who can help our team expand our own awareness and representation in our credit union community.

We are an entirely remote company that embraces work-life integration, offering flexible time-off and full benefits.

Is This The Role For You?
Our Recruiting Coordinator will contribute to our mission of building a more inclusive credit union system by maintaining structures and systems that help us deliver a high level of responsiveness to our clients and the candidates who depend on us. You will love this role if you thrive on supporting others and seeing the results of your work create greater efficiency and higher value. In partnership with our consulting and recruiting teams, you will serve candidates by scheduling interviews, building diverse candidate pools, reviewing and preparing packages that highlight candidates’ strengths, and managing search timelines to assure that candidates and clients are always treated with a high-level of respect and attention. You will support our direct client service by scheduling projects, focus groups, coaching and training sessions, and speaking engagements.

A passion for details—knowing that success is created by getting the little things right—and a sense of fulfillment derived from helping others thrive will help you find joy in this role. Curiosity about others, a commitment to helping them achieve success, and experience building meaningful cross-cultural and multi-cultural relationships will make Humanidei the right place for you to bring your talents.

Let’s Get To Know Each Other
Please introduce yourself with a letter that tells us why you are passionate about supporting people’s success and why you want to be part of building a more inclusive credit union system. Include a resume or link to your LinkedIn profile that shows your professional and volunteer experience and any certifications or credentials that you hold.

A fully qualified applicant will have two years’ experience in the credit union system in a role such as project coordinator, marketing specialist, HR specialist, executive assistant, or in branch operations. Passionate applicants who are not fully qualified may be required to complete training at the company’s expense. The salary range for this role starts at $55,000 annually.
