Security Network Engineer

The Security Network Engineer is a full-time position and operates as a member of the IT Security Team.  The position’s main role is to configure, test, maintain, and administer IT Security related networking equipment and applications.  A secondary role is to assist with the overall execution of the IT Security program, and support other non-network related security systems and functions. This includes ensuring the availability of network security devices such as firewalls, gateways, proxies, DDoS mitigation, and monitoring systems.  The Security Network Engineer will also assist in overseeing the ongoing maintenance and operation of other security systems such as mail filter, web gateway, endpoint security, SIEM, and other security systems as appropriate.
