Senior Consultant

Humanidei + O'Rourke

Remote, Office

Position Description

Are We the Company for You?
Humanidei was founded in 2019 to help credit unions become more inclusive workplaces. We are passionate about credit unions and the people who lead them. We believe the key to credit union relevance lies in the people, so we partner with credit union to help them build inclusive workplaces that attract, develop, and retain today’s top talent.

In our first year of operations, we worked with approximately 50 credit union clients across the country—providing training, strategic consulting, speaking engagements, and Board and executive succession planning support. We also partnered with established executive search firm O’Rourke & Associates to power our talent attraction division, adding new clients and key expertise through executive search capability.

As we thoughtfully build our team, we are committed to adding professionals who are passionate about people and credit unions; who understand that credit unions will only effectively fulfill their mission when their leadership understands and reflects the communities they serve; and who can help our team expand our own awareness and representation of our credit union community.

We are an entirely remote company that embraces work-life integration.

Is This The Role For You?
As a Senior Consultant with Humanidei, you will be a change agent who works directly with credit union clients to design and implement strategies that create inclusive workplaces. A passion for people and effective communication will help you love this role. Curiosity about others, a commitment to helping them achieve success, and experience building meaningful cross-cultural and multi-cultural relationships will be some of the tools you use to thrive.
