The Senior Vice President of Information Technology is an integral part of the leadership team and is responsible for the overall development and execution of the credit union’s technology strategy and solutions. Reporting to the CEO, the SVP will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the Information Technology and e-Services departments including enterprise systems and security, network communications (data, voice, Internet and video), network application servers, desktop management and support, data center operations, and the like. The SVP will collaborate with the Information Security Officer to effectively oversee, plan and direct enterprise information and cyber security operations and operational controls.
A bachelor’s degree in a closely related field is required and a master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of IT industry experience with 3-5 years of senior leadership experience is required with at least two of those years being in a financial institution highly preferred. Relevant security certifications (GIAC, GSEC, CISM, Cisco, etc.) are highly preferred.
