One of the fastest growing credit unions in southern California is seeking a strategic executive to join their team as Senior Vice President of Marketing (SVPM). Reporting directly to the Chief Communications and Experience Officer, the SVPM will be responsible for creating strategies and tactics for all aspects of the organization’s comprehensive, data-driven marketing initiatives. The SVPM will function as a strategic, creative, and analytical thinker who has direct responsibility for strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of digital marketing and member experience strategies. Data warehouse management and insights experience helpful. The SVPM will be responsible for leading high-impact, member-focused strategies that drive alignment with the overall credit union mission, vision and values. The SVPM will responsible for executing tactics to achieve the key performance indicators for the division and for the organization. The SVPM must be a collaborative and engaging leader with a proven track record of employee engagement and development.
A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is required. A minimum of ten years of progressive experience in marketing is also required. Excellent organizational skills and written communication skills are essential. Limited travel to credit union’s locations require the candidate to possess a valid California driver’s license and must carry automobile insurance as required by state law.
