Is This the Career for You?
As Vice President of Consumer and Mortgage Lending, you will lead teams dedicated to delivering quality products and services to our community and our members. We want you to evaluate our consumer and mortgage delivery and processing platforms to ensure we drive for efficiency that benefits our members and staff resulting in decreased turnaround times, streamlined work processes, and quality service. This position reports to and works with our Chief Lending Officer to establish growth, productivity, and performance goals for our lending teams. In this position, you will work with cross functional teams to ensure strategic goals are achieved. As Vice President, in concert with the Senior and Executive Management teams, you will monitor emerging trends in the market and proactively change or add to our product and service mix in alignment with our strategic plan.

A four-year degree in business administration or similar field is preferred. Comparable experience will be accepted in lieu of formal education, a minimum of eight years’ experience directly related in consumer and mortgage lending, four years’ experience at a senior management level. Prior management experience is preferred.
