Our new CITO will be a hands-on and future-focused entrepreneur and servant leader, ready to challenge the status quo in a way that inspires and engages others to bring their best and create a culture of innovation with both internal business systems and member-facing technology. The CITO will leverage technology for competitive advantage internally and externally. If you think this is you, you likely have broad IT experience and a high-level strategic outlook, and are enthusiastic about supporting Information Technology & Systems, Data, Innovation and Disaster Recovery, while offering organizational leadership that enhances member experience.
As CITO, you will provide vision and leadership to the Information Technology team and oversee information systems, technology systems, enterprise data, strategic vendors/partnerships and external specialty contractors. Experience working with Fiserv, PSCU, Alkami, Temenos, ITMs and remote work environments will help you integrate well. Knowledge of ITMs (as well as online and mobile banking) will ensure you can help manage the best omni-channel member experience around. As part of the executive leadership team, the CITO will partner with other senior leaders in strategy development and implementation. The CITO provides leadership and systemic strategic thinking and will execute strategies to achieve excellence in member service while promoting a culture of member-centric excellence. The CITO works across the enterprise to align people, process and technology, and in close partnership with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that achieve or exceed measurable service excellence goals. As a visionary leader, the CITO sets the example by living our core values to make a positive difference for our employees, members and the surrounding community. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about people and strategy, inspiring and motivating internally and externally. Working in collaboration with the Chief Experience & Impact Officer, the CITO will be responsible for driving excellent member experience. Working in collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, the CITO will leverage data to improve our understanding of our members and their needs. Across all disciplines, the CITO will emphasize aligning teams to deliver on service-level agreements and strategic growth goals. The CITO will listen, synthesize feedback, and leverage technology to drive continuous growth. The CITO leads information and technology at Securityplus FCU and will work closely with the CEO to execute that vision.
As part of the executive leadership team and reporting directly to the CEO, the CITO will need to collaborate and work in conjunction with others as a strategic advisor, cultivating and empowering a culture of CARE (Curiosity, Allyship, Respect and Empathy) organization-wide.
