Research shows organizations miss the mark when it comes to the development of their leadership by relying on a self-directed approach to learning, which often fails to meaningfully engage. Simply turn to CUES Consulting! We’ll strengthen your leadership pipeline by providing your staff with direction and focus to support their growth as a leader within your credit union.
CUES Consulting identifies competencies critical to organizational success, evaluates high potential candidates, and creates individual development plans designed to drive results aligned with your credit union’s strategy and goals.
We’ll support your leadership pipeline through:
Organizational Climate Assessment
Using the Situational Outlook Questionnaire, you can better understand how staff perceive the current organizational climate within ten dimensions, including employee engagement and talent development. Data offers the opportunity to create an action plan to support credit union’s ability to be innovative, creative, and manage change.
CUES can work with you to develop a team building session (full day, half day) for your executive team or a specific functional area within the credit union. Our team building events include interactive and engaging activities to promote team effectiveness, build stronger relationships and build a foundation for future work. Team building events are customized to meet the needs of the team.
CUES offers a variety of on-site facilitation options from DISC (personality styles) to Emotional Intelligence to Feedback. These sessions can be offered for leaders or staff at any level within your credit union. Please reach out to discuss your goals and if we do not have a training available to support your needs, we will work to provide you with a recommendation for someone who may be able to meet your needs.
Creation of Customized Leadership Competency Model(s)
Using the CUES Competency models as a guide, your credit union can establish competencies critical for leaders at three levels: emerging, developing and strategic.
Behavioral Evaluation of High Potentials
CUES High Potential Identification and Evaluation includes tools to evaluate high potential candidates using behaviors aligned to the competencies critical to the credit union. Individuals reports provide an understanding of an individual’s current skill and potential growth within a competency.
Creation of an Individual Development Plan
Within the behavioral evaluation, the individual report includes development recommendations to aid in creating a focused development plan.
CUES Consulting evaluates high potential candidates within three levels of leadership; emerging, developing and strategic leaders. Customized competency models or competencies currently in place within the credit union serve as the foundation for the evaluation.
Packages as well as a la carte options are available based on the talent development needs and initiatives.
