Topic: Corporate Culture During the COVID Crisis

What is at the center of building a loyal relationship with your members? Loyal employees. If your employees are not happy, don’t feel secure, are stressed out about increased demand for their time and feel “in the dark” most of the time, you will lose good employees and consequently good members.
In this interactive 90 minute session Denise will share her insights on the psychological shift that has occurred that cannot be ignored. We’ll share with each other what’s working and what’s not. And we’ll brainstorm on how we might have more fun, improve communication and make those virtual “experiences” more bearable.

Speaker: Denise Wymore

For the past 30 years, Denise has inspired, created, and driven change in the world of cooperatives. She has published two books Tattoos: The Ultimate Proof of a Successful Brand, and The 2020 Vision of Marketing: a Focus on Purpose, spoken in front of hundreds of audiences in 50 states and three countries, and consulted with credit unions and other cooperatives of all sizes to develop brands, member loyalty, and relevancy. A certified Net Promoter Score® Associate, Denise was instrumental in organizing the credit union-owned Member Loyalty Group, one of the industry's leading examples of what the sixth cooperative principle makes possible.
Denise has taught strategic marketing at three of the four CUNA Management Schools. She is a graduate of Western CUNA Management School, a Filene Research Institute i3 alumna, and in 2012 was named a CU Times Woman to Watch. Four years ago Denise joined the Cochiti Lake Volunteer Fire Department and holds an Advanced EMT license.
