The objective of CUES School of Business Lending III is to learn how to project future financial performance and determine an entity’s ability to generate cash. You’ll learn how balance sheets and income statements are projected and determine the availability of cash flow; discover the nine critical cash determinants in business; and discuss the SAF law of growth. You’ll also learn how to calculate sustainable growth rates and examine different growth management strategies, write effective credit memorandums and proven presentation strategies. Discover the three predominant asset financing patterns and discover how to properly structure debt for repayment.

CUES is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, through its website linked above.
CUES for School of Business Lending III is organized using structured flexibility to meet the needs of busy learners. This includes weekly assignments with deadlines. This is to help participants derive the most value from video lectures, live meetings, and complete the program on time. We suggest that participants budget time to work ahead to accommodate for extended absences, or catch-up on coursework following their return. A CUES Member Support monitors all participants progress and performance through the course. Please reach out to the designated CUES employee if you’ll be absent for more than one week, or will not be able to complete the course by the scheduled end date.
The live discussions are recorded and will be available for participants to download via CUESNet within two days after the recording.
