MIT professors will lead you on an in-depth exploration of views on strategy in innovation, digital strategy, operational challenges and opportunities, and idea generation mechanisms.

You’ll examine case studies, and go through strategic exercises designed to lay the foundation of innovative thinking. You’ll also explore the role of operations in delivering value to stakeholders, organize for successful innovation, look at strategic changes that are a good fit for your organization, and study change agents.

Cancellation Policy

Substitute attendees are welcome, subject to eligibility. CUES reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, and will refund fees if the event is rescheduled or location is changed and you are unable to attend.
