The objective of week two is to provide the participants with proven tools to analyze financial statements. Discover the logic of how financial statements are constructed and then discuss how to identify their strengths and weaknesses.

Participants will review 14 critical financial relationships, discuss how to interpret their meaning and identify the roadblocks to profitability. In addition, they’ll learn what generates cash; examine different cash flow formats; and dissect balance sheets, income statements and the statement of cash flow. Explore the risks associated with different industry sectors and examine the stages of the business life cycle.
